Refund Policy

Returns
Due to the personalized design of our steering wheels, we typically do not accept returns. However, if there's an issue with defects or damages, we're here to help. If you encounter any problems with your custom steering wheel, please reach out to us at support@zeuscarbon.com. To assist us in addressing your concerns, we ask for photographic evidence to process any claims. Please note, we cannot accept returned items that haven't been pre-approved or have been damaged after delivery.  
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement by reaching out to us at support@zeuscarbon.com or calling/texting us at +1 (949) 229-3397 during business hours. After this period, especially for custom orders that have entered the production phase, cancellation is not possible.
Damages and Defects
Upon delivery, please inspect your custom steering wheel for any defects or damages. If any issues are found, contact us immediately with relevant photos or videos to facilitate a swift resolution.
Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, exchanges are NOT typically feasible. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact us to discuss potential solutions.
Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, primarily for defective or damaged products. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Zeus Carbon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered. You are encouraged to file a claim with the shipping carrier in such cases. We provide tracking information for all shipments to assist in this process. Zeus Carbon is unable to do anything in this situation, and will not refund or resend the lost/stolen item.
